Some may be surprised to learn that despite the fact that Jaeger-LeCoultre supplied movements for every first-generation integrated bracelet sports watch from the Holy Trinity (AP Royal Oak/PP Nautilus/IWC Ingénieur), it never had its own collection of integrated bracelet sports watches. Even the most independent—FPJourne, Laurent Ferrier, Urban Jürgensen—embraced the trend, but no, not JLC. They only produced one-offs, like this exceptionally rare Jaeger “King Midas.”
Furthermore, it is difficult to say how many examples of the Jaeger "King Midas" exist but we can estimate that only 200 were produced. It is a true hidden gem.
