These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GCS”) define the conditions under which the company Les Héritières (hereinafter “we” or “Les Héritières”), offers second-hand jewelry and watches, through private sales and digital auctions, on the site www.lesheritieres.com (hereinafter the “Site”).
The purchase of products on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The Customer (hereinafter the “Buyer”) declares to have read and accepted the rights and obligations relating thereto.
3.1. Nature of the Products
The products offered are pre-owned jewelry and watches, appraised and authenticated by qualified gemologists. Each piece is unique and may have specific characteristics (wear, patina).
3.2. Authenticity and Expertise
Les Héritières guarantees the authenticity of its items through detailed appraisals conducted by expert gemologists. Upon request, a digital certificate can be provided for any purchase.
4.1. Private Sales
Access to private sales is reserved for members registered on the Site. Products are offered at a fixed price.
4.2. Auctions
Auctions are open to registered members. The highest bid at the close of the auction wins the item. All bids are final and binding on the Buyer.
4.3. Confirmation of the Order
Once the order has been validated, a confirmation email is sent to the Buyer, summarizing the details of the order.
5.1. Price
Product prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. Delivery costs are specified at the time of ordering.
5.2. Payment
Payment is made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other secure method offered on the Site. The order is considered final upon receipt of full payment.
6.1. Delivery Terms
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer when ordering. Delivery times are specified when the order is confirmed.

7.1. Conditions
In accordance with current legislation, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.
7.2. Return of Products
Products must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories, certificates and documents provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Jewelry and watches are guaranteed to conform to the descriptions provided on the Site. In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the Buyer benefits from legal guarantees (guarantee of conformity and guarantee of hidden defects).
Les Héritières cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure, misuse of the products by the Buyer, or any cause beyond its control.
The information collected is necessary for processing orders and managing business relationships. In accordance with current regulations, the Buyer has the right to access, rectify, and delete data concerning them.
All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Les Héritières or its partners, and is protected by intellectual property laws.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
13.1. Terms and Conditions of the Consignment Sale
Les Héritières accepts the consignment of second-hand jewelry and watch items after appraisal by a qualified gemologist. A consignment-sale mandate (hereinafter "Mandate") is signed between Les Héritières and the seller (hereinafter the "Seller"). This Mandate specifies the specific conditions of sale, including the sale price, fees, and the duration of exclusivity.
13.2. Exclusivity Commitment
The Seller undertakes to entrust the Item exclusively to Les Héritières for a period of 12 months. During this period, the Item may not be offered for sale through any other channel.
13.3. Expertise and Preparation
The Item is subject to a mandatory prior appraisal. Les Héritières may carry out cleaning, polishing, or repair services, with the Seller's agreement. Associated costs are deducted from the net amount received after the sale.
13.4. Price and Commission
The sale price is set by mutual agreement. The Heirs apply a 35% commission including tax on the final sale price. The Seller allows a discount of up to 15% in the event of promotions or private sales.
13.5. Payment to the Seller
Payment to the Seller is made by bank transfer within 30 days of payment by the Buyer and after the withdrawal period has expired. Any costs incurred for the sale are deducted from the amount received.
13.6. Liability and Insurance
The Heirs assume responsibility for the Item upon physical receipt. The Item is insured for the entire duration of the deposit.
13.7. Return of the Article
At the end of the exclusivity period, the Seller may request the return of the Item at its expense or extend the Mandate.
13.8. Seller's Guarantees
The Seller guarantees that he is the legitimate owner of the Item, that it is free from any claim or dispute, and that it is not of fraudulent origin.
