What is a jewelry search mandate?

This is a formalized request for us to search for a specific piece for you : a brand, a model, a period, a budget.

We search our private network and contact you first if the item is found. You only buy if it exactly matches. No fees if the search is unsuccessful.

What jewelry can be requested through the Concierge Service?

All fine and luxury jewelry:

Is La Conciergerie des Héritières a paid service?

No. The service is completely free, with no charge if the search is unsuccessful.

If a matching part is found, it will be offered to you at market price. You are free to decide whether or not to purchase it.

How long does a search take?

Support confirmed within 72 hours.

For very rare or very specific parts (exact model, period, size), the search may take several weeks; we will keep you informed of every step.

Some searches are successful within a few days.
