Natural old European cut diamond of 2.71 ct., color I,
VS2 clarity. This diamond has a very good clarity for the period of its cutting which corresponds to the end of the 19th century and up to the 1930s/1940s. Only a small crystalline inclusion has slipped into this diamond and this is fortunate because it represents both the natural character of the stone and it gives it a particularity which will allow it to be recognized among thousands. Its color is typical of this period because the veins in the mines produced diamonds of this color or even much more yellowish. Some small polishing lines are visible under a magnifying glass indicating the polisher's gesture. Stone without fluorescence, which classifies it among the high quality stones.
